What the review does — and does not — tell us

It does examine how public campaigns, interactive education, personalised risk information, community programmes and digital learning affected knowledge, motivation or self-reported behaviour.

It does not directly test this calendar or prove that its 13 activity areas prevent dementia. The review reported varied methods and outcomes, mostly based on self-report, and found too much heterogeneity for a meta-analysis.

Our design response is deliberately modest: make information active, structured and easy to return to, while avoiding medical promises.
