How we handle personal information

This notice explains how personal data is used for the 365 Days for a Lively Mind website, enquiries and pre-orders.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is Wojciech Nowak, trading as Minds Works, EU VAT ID PL7831609256. For privacy questions or requests, email wn@livelymind.com.

The registered geographical address will be added before paid orders are enabled.

2. What information may be collected?

  • Contact details you provide, such as your name and email address.
  • Pre-order information such as quantity, delivery country and whether you asked for launch updates.
  • Order, delivery and transaction identifiers when checkout is activated.
  • Your message and any information you voluntarily include in an enquiry.
  • Limited technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the website.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. This website does not store full card numbers.

4. Who may receive it?

Information is shared only where needed with service providers supporting the website, hosting, email, fulfilment and payment. Stripe acts as the payment service provider when checkout is enabled and processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Providers are expected to use appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

5. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside your country. Where data-protection law requires it, appropriate transfer safeguards will be used, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual clauses.

6. How long is it kept?

  • Enquiries: only as long as reasonably needed to answer and follow up, normally no longer than 12 months.
  • Optional updates: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
  • Orders and accounting records: for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and consumer-protection law.
  • Security logs: for a limited period proportionate to investigating misuse and keeping the service safe.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to certain processing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

8. Cookies and analytics

The current site does not use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Essential technical storage may be used by the site and hosting platform for security, access and reliable operation. If optional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this notice and the consent controls will be updated first.

9. Changes

This notice may be updated as checkout, fulfilment providers or legal requirements are finalised. The date above will show the latest version.
