Clear expectations before you order

These terms describe the intended first-edition pre-order. Checkout will remain disabled until the missing delivery and business-address details are completed.
1. Seller
Wojciech Nowak, trading as Minds Works, EU VAT ID PL7831609256. Contact: wn@livelymind.com. The registered geographical address will be displayed before paid orders open.
2. Product and price
The offer is for the English first edition of the 365 Days for a Lively Mind tear-off calendar. The planned product price is €29 per calendar. When four copies are selected, the customer receives four and pays for three: €87. Product visualisations may contain minor pre-production differences that do not change the essential nature or purpose of the product.
3. What will be shown before payment
Before an order can be placed, checkout will show the product quantity, full product price, applicable taxes, delivery cost, destination, accepted payment method and the estimated dispatch or delivery period. You will be able to review the order before confirming payment.
4. Forming the order
A paid order is formed when checkout is successfully completed and an order confirmation is sent. If production cannot proceed within the estimate communicated at checkout, customers will be informed and offered the options required by applicable consumer law, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.
5. Payment
Payment will be processed by Stripe on a hosted checkout page. Available card or local payment methods may depend on country. Minds Works does not store full card details.
6. Cancellation, returns and faults
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing wn@livelymind.com. Statutory withdrawal, return, refund and faulty-goods rights continue to apply. See the Shipping & returns page for the practical process.
7. Responsibility
The calendar is an educational wellbeing product, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Polish law, without taking away mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence. Consumers may use courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
