Shipping & returns
Last updated: August 26, 2026
The first edition is planned for the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Poland. Final rates and dates will be confirmed before payment opens.
Delivery costs and timing
No delivery charge is collected on the current website. When checkout is activated, the cost and estimated delivery period for the selected country will be shown before payment. Any customs duties or import taxes not included in checkout will also be explained where applicable.
Changing or cancelling a pre-order
To request a change or cancellation before dispatch, email wn@livelymind.com with the name and email used for the order. Never include payment-card details in the message.
Right to withdraw after delivery
Where EU or UK distance-selling rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify the seller that they wish to withdraw, followed by the applicable period for returning the goods. The confirmation email supplied with a paid order will include the return instructions and withdrawal information required for that destination.
Return condition and refund
You may inspect the calendar as you would in a shop. A deduction may be made only where permitted by law if handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning. Eligible refunds will be made to the original payment method within the statutory timeframe.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email wn@livelymind.com promptly with the order details and, where useful, a photograph. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from the right to change your mind.
Return address
The return address and practical shipping method will be provided in the order confirmation and on this page before paid orders open.
